First of all I would like to welcome you to my blog. This blog is dedicated to all project managers, who are interested to share your experience in managing projects. My objective in creating the blog is to serve as an open discussion forum between seasoned and more junior project managers to exchange insight and experience. In this blog I would prefer sharing practical experience rather than a lengthy discussion on project management theory.
A glance about me... I have more than 16 years of professional experience in managing project and product development in different industries, including automotive, IT, banking and financial services, My passion is in financial industry, technology, and digital enablement. Fortunately, throughout my career, I have been serving excellent organizations, who gave me the opportunity to develop myself in those area I am truly passionate about.
Aligned with my passion in technology and digital world, last year I won a prestigious award from PwC and SWA magazine as the best Future IT Leader in Indonesia. The topic I was presenting during the competition was iREADY, which stands for IT Roadmap towards Enablement of Advanced Digital strategY.
Today I am thankful to be given the opportunity to share my experience to anyone interested to learn more about project management. I do hope that the sharing is useful to enlighten the project managers, or future project managers, who read my blog.
